• Marquette University Dental School, DDS Degree, 1970
• Tufts University Dental School, Post-Graduate Certificate of Periodontics, 1972

• Captain, U.S. Army Dental Corp., Colonel Bull Dental Clinic, Ft Lee, VA. Co-ordinated a rotating internship program, training general dentists in Periodontics for two years as the post Periodontist at Ft. Lee, 1972-74.
• Held position of clinical instructor of Periodontics at Medical College Of Virginia Dental School in Richmond, VA while stationed at Ft. Lee.

• Began practicing Periodontics in 1974 in Venice, FL.
• Introduced Implantology in to practice in 1986 after training.
• Earned fellowship status in International Congress of Oral Implantology in 1989.
• Co-founded technique to perform Periodontal Laser surgery without anesthetics in 1993.
• Earned diplomate status in International Congress of Oral Implantology in 1994.
• In addition to his periodontal practice, Dr Feldman is a consultant to three major dental companies: Zimmer, Medtronic and Carestream (Kodak).
